No problem! Our coaches will want to see you move, take you through a quick test-out process and then you can begin classes. There is no need to sign up for our on-ramp program if you test out.
Great! You are now ready to begin attending classes marked as CrossFit WOD and CrossFit Olympic Lifting. You will not see your montly charge until the full month is up from the day you signed up.
No problem! Keep at it. Once you finish on-ramp then you can begin the other classes. You will NOT see another charge on your account until your on-ramp is finished. Please let us know your expected finish date and we can adjust your account accordingly.
No problem! You can sign up for our private on-ramp option. The cost is $299 and the coaches will work with you one-on-one to ensure you are prepared to join the WOD's.
YES! The only classes you can not take are classes listed as WOD or Olympic Lifting. Try endurance or mobility for a great compliment to your new crossfit routine. You also have full access to the Bring It! Studios side. Any group fitness class you would like to attend, please do. Peak 10 & Bring It! for Life are the only classes you are not able to drop into. Peak 10 & BIFL are programs that are pre-registration ONLY.
While we are not physicians (and we highly recommend you discuss any workout program with yours), we do find that many of our members have successfully used CrossFit to rehabilitate from injuries. Because people continue to move, work, and play in the real world regardless of injury history, we believe the best route to long-term health is to learn perfect form on functional movements, and to slowly build strength in those movements, rather than to avoid them altogether. Our coaches are always happy to work with you to scale and substitute exercises and tailor workouts to your abilities.
Great question - WOD is work out of the day. Each day we will the same workout starting at 5 am through 6 pm. We will post the WOD one the white board we will gather around at the start of each class. We do not post our WOD's. Many gyms do. We have chosen not to, as there are quite a few cherry pickers out there. We want you to come through the door. For many that is the hardest part. Once you get here you CAN do anything that is planned for the day!
We are not looking for a particular type of person or athlete. You don’t even need to be in shape to start with us. We are only looking for those who are willing to learn and put in the work to reaching their goals or reaching past their goals. Our workouts are scalable to benefit anyone on any fitness level from grandparents to triathletes. We will ensure the weights and intensity are adjusted to suit your capabilities. Our members range from 16 to 70, from collegiate athletes to those that haven’t trained in a decade.
We do offer a membership rate discount to those that need to be peak physical condition to help keep us safe such as first responders (Police, Fire, and EMT) and also those in the U.S. military. We also offer membership discounts for families and domestic partners.
Once completing on-ramp you are now able to attend any class on either the Bring It! Studios ( peak 10 is a pre-paid 8 week program not included) side or CrossFit! We encourage you to take advantage of this and step outside of your box every now and then. Take a BARRE class or try YOGA!
No problem! While we wish you wouldn't, but we understand life happens. We move, we start a family, we start a new job. If you need to cancel your membership, you may do so at anytime. We only require a 30 day written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will prorate the remainder of your payment for you.
The classes are designed for adults, 18+. We have teen classes that cater to youths 13-17, juniors 7-12 and occassionally we throw a mini class in the mix 3-6 year olds.
Yes, we do! We are currently enrolled with Health Partners, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MN, Preferred One, and United Health. Medica is not accepting new gyms at this time and Aetna does not have a wellness fitness offering. If interested in getting your insurance provider signed up, please talk to your HR dept as well as email email@example.com. Lets see what we can do!
