FAQ

01

What if I have completed an on-ramp like course at another box?

No problem!  Our coaches will want to see you move, take you through a quick test-out process and then you can begin classes.  There is no need to sign up for our on-ramp program if you test out.

02

What if I complete on-ramp in 2 weeks?

Great!  You are now ready to begin attending classes marked as CrossFit WOD and CrossFit Olympic Lifting.  You will not see your montly charge until the full month is up from the day you signed up.

03

What if it takes me 6 weeks to complete on-ramp?

No problem!  Keep at it.  Once you finish on-ramp then you can begin the other classes.  You will NOT see another charge on your account until your on-ramp is finished. Please let us know your expected finish date and we can adjust your account accordingly.

04

What if I want to zip through on-ramp?

No problem!  You can sign up for our private on-ramp option.  The cost is $299 and the coaches will work with you one-on-one to ensure you are prepared to join the WOD's.

05

Can I take other classes during my on-ramp period?

YES!  The only classes you can not take are classes listed as  WOD or Olympic Lifting.  Try endurance or mobility for a great compliment to your new crossfit routine.  You also have full access to the Bring It! Studios side.  Any group fitness class you would like to attend, please do.  Peak 10 is the only class you are not able to drop into. Peak 10 is an 8 week program that is pre-registration ONLY.

06

What if I have an injury that might prevent me from doing something in a work out?

While we are not physicians (and we highly recommend you discuss any workout program with yours), we do find that many of our members have successfully used CrossFit to rehabilitate from injuries. Because people continue to move, work, and play in the real world regardless of injury history, we believe the best route to long-term health is to learn perfect form on functional movements, and to slowly build strength in those movements, rather than to avoid them altogether. Our coaches are always happy to work with you to scale and substitute exercises and tailor workouts to your abilities.

07

What is a WOD?

Great question - WOD is work out of the day.  Each day we will the same workout starting at 5 am through 6 pm.  We will post the WOD one the white board we will gather around at the start of each class.  We do not post our WOD's.  Many gyms do.  We have chosen not to, as there are quite a few cherry pickers out there.  We want you to come through the door.  For many that is the hardest part.  Once you get here you CAN do anything that is planned for the day!

08

I am a beginner - is CrossFit really for me?

We are not looking for a particular type of person or athlete. You don’t even need to be in shape to start with us. We are only looking for those who are willing to learn and put in the work to reaching their goals or reaching past their goals. Our workouts are scalable to benefit anyone on any fitness level from grandparents to triathletes. We will ensure the weights and intensity are adjusted to suit your capabilities. Our members range from 16 to 70, from collegiate athletes to those that haven’t trained in a decade.

09

Do you offer discounts?

We do offer a membership rate discount to those that need to be peak physical condition to help keep us safe such as first responders (Police, Fire, and EMT) and also those in the U.S. military. We also offer membership discounts for families and domestic partners.

What is included in the monthly fee?

Once completing on-ramp you are now able to attend any class on either the Bring It! Studios ( peak 10 is a pre-paid 8 week program not included) side or CrossFit! We encourage you to take advantage of this and step outside of your box every now and then.  Take a BARRE class or try YOGA!
